Florida Judge Forgets He's An American

Florida Judge orders Muslims to follow sharia law!
       ~Act! for America

In Tampa, Florida, a dispute arose over who controls the funds a mosque received in 2008 from an eminent domain proceeding.  Former trustees of the mosque are claiming in court they have the right to the funds. Current mosque leaders are disputing that claim.

The current mosque leaders want the case decided according to secular, Florida civil law, and their attorney has been vigorously arguing the case accordingly. The former trustees of the mosque want the case decided according to sharia law.

Here’s the kicker.

The judge recently ruled “This case will proceed under Ecclesiastical Islamic law,” (sharia law), “pursuant to the Qur’an.”

Now it’s not unusual for a dispute to arise within a religious institution and for a court to order a mediation or arbitration, in order to resolve this without the court having to render its own judgment.

But what makes this case unusual, and highly troubling, is that a group of Muslim leaders—the CURRENT mosque leaders—who do NOT want to be subject to sharia law, are being compelled to do so by an American judge!

Tyranny and Honor

Definitions of tyranny (n)

1. cruel use of power: cruelty and injustice in the exercise of power or authority over others

2. oppressive government: oppressive government by one or more people who exercise absolute power cruelly and unjustly

3. state ruled by tyrant: a country or state under the power of an oppressive ruler

Tyranny is kind of an old fashioned word that we don't use as much these days.  So I put up the definition as a clear reminder of it's meaning.  Who knows, it probably isn't "politically correct" as far as the libs are concerned.  Tyranny  is mentioned in a letter I saw on Facebook from a friend, and I really wanted to share it.  The letter is from someone in the military...

I wanted to write you all and let you know that everyone of you that stands up against tyranny by speaking out, voting, or whatever it is that you do you have given me hope for this world once more. You honor those of us that have served th...is nation by what you are doing, and it is all of you that are the true hero's in all of this. Voting For or Against America?

Every country from the beginning of time has needed to control and enforce immigration or else lose their country to someone else.  This isn't just an Arizona issue or an American issue.  This video is an example of one of the building  blocks that leads to destruction and the possible loss of a country. 

Why do so many people want to come here for what America has to offer, just to turn around and change it when they get here?  Then America ceases to be the America everyone was scrambling to get a piece of.  The answer is, as it usually is, knowledge and understanding.  People aren't coming in these droves with the knowledge and understanding of what made America great.  That is one of the reasons legal immigration involves studying and taking test to become a citizen! 

The frightening thing, is liberals have successfully  been dumbing down American education for decades now.  So when politicians like President Obama keep encouraging "the young people need to get out and vote!  The future lies in their hands", they have a better chance of success at accomplishing their socialist goals of power and control. 

But conservatives had a lot of success in this election!!  Yeah!!!  Fortunately, I think a lot of "young people" were lazy yesterday and didn't vote.  I know most of my young classmates at school were!  They just don't bother to really learn what is going on.  If there isn't immediate gratification, so many people just aren't interested.

Back in the Day

Just a reminder that we all need to do our part to make a difference. We need to do all we can and vote to protect the constitution and our freedoms. This video is something an amazing 79 year old patriotic American woman has done to try and make a difference in todays crumbling society. I take care of elderly people for a living and I always love to hear their stories about "back in the day". Now is the time to make our days a little bit more like "back in the day".

The Forgotten Because of the Blind

This video has had well over 2 million hits, but it is the first time I've seen it. I love the amazing ability the artist has for making our forefathers look so real. More real to me than any other painting I've ever seen.

It is sad and quite unbelievable to me that more Americans don't see what is happening to our country. The devastating effects of what will happen if our leaders keep trampling on the greatest constitution ever written. The greatest in all of history. None has ever compared to it. It is also the longest lasting written constitution in history...and it is so close to hanging on by a thread.

This video is title "The Forgotten Man".  The question is..."Is it the forgotten because of the blind?" I hope, pray, and speak out that the bling might see and start taking corrective action this November.  And diligently thereafter.

This is all illegal in France: the public worship, the blocked streets, and the private security. But the police have been ordered not to intervene.

It shows that even though some in the French government want to get tough with Muslims and ban the burqa, other parts of the French government continue to give Islam a privileged status.

An ordinary French citizen who has been watching the Islamization of Paris decided that the world needed to see what was happening to his city. He used a hidden camera to start posting videos on YouTube. His life has been threatened and so he uses the alias of "Maxime Lepante. "

Victory is the Only Option

Good things come to those who wait and those who work hard. We here at home only had to wait, our military men and women had to work hard.

So many people in this modern day of convenience and brilliant technology are spoiled by instant gratification. That includes many politicians. I am grateful for those soldiers who fought for our liberty and the liberty of Iraqui people, and the conservative leaders who supported them all the way.

"Anti-Muslim" and Freedom of Religion

Here are some interesting excerpts from an article written by Robert on Jihad Watch-

"Anti-Muslim" is a term that Islamic supremacists and their Leftist enablers like to use of people who are fighting for human rights against Sharia -- and it's easy to see why: it frames their opponents as "bigots" and "haters," takes the focus away from their anti-woman, anti-free speech, anti-free thought, anti-equality of rights agenda, and has the added bonus of stirring up their more bloody-minded coreligionists to violence.

I am not "anti-Muslim." I am anti-Sharia, anti-jihad, anti-oppression, anti-terror, and so should be every free person.

I especially love these last two sentences about not being "anti-Muslim".  Remember it to share with others when you are accused of being "anti-Muslim" or not supporting the Constitution with freedom of religion.  I recently was accused of even DESTROYING the Constitution because I am actively trying to do my part to stop radical Islam and Shariah Law from infecting our country, spreading it's poison, and stealing our freedoms.  THAT is what will actually destroy our Constitution.

I am a firm believer in freedom of religion.  The sad thing is that many Muslims are hiding behind our freedom of religion when their religion can't be separated from their perverse laws, culture, and sick need to control the world.

Remember... A person's freedom is forfeited when it takes away the freedom of others.
